Age, Booking and Jewellery Policy
ID POLICY

ID must be presented for EVERY appointment no matter the age. Failure to present with government accepted ID will result in refusal of service.

It is the duty of the person booking to ensure they have examined the age policy for each piercing, cited in the "read more" section of the book online page.

Minors must attend with a parent and have PROOF of guardianship. Both parties must have ID with the same family name and a birth certificate NAMING the parent directly.

Accepted ID: Passports, driving licence, UK citizen card.
AGE POLICY
Any clients under 18 must present with the ID outlined above.
AGE 8 + : Ear Lobes
AGE 14+: Ear Lobes, Helix
AGE 16+: Navel, Nostril, Septum, Eyebrow, All ear piercings, Bridge.
Excludes: Tongue & nipple.
AGE 18+: All piercings.
SHOP POLICY

Jewellery from outside the studio CANNOT be used on initial or healing piercings. This is to ensure your piercing's health and safety.

If you have a HEALED piercing (please check with me first before assuming it's healed if under 2 years old) then it's possible for me to install your own jewellery. This EXCLUDES:

Plated jewellery

Plastic jewellery
-
Jewellery that is not suited to the anatomy (E.G a labret for an eyebrow piercing)

Butterfly backs
-
Silver jewellery
-
"Nose bones"

Any jewellery that I think will harm you in any way.

Due to safety reasons we cannot allow any child in the studio under 12 unless they are there to get pierced. This includes babies in prams.

Booking fees are NOT refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by the studio.

You're booking deposit will be retained and service refused if:

You do not attend your appointment

You do not cancel before 6 hours til the appointment

You are more than 5 minutes late to the appointment

You book anatomy dependant piercing that you aren't suitable for and are not open to another piercing

You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Jewellery is not included in the piercing fee, all jewellery is purchased in store at your appointment.

Jewellery is non-refundable and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Some manufacturers will offer a warrantee against manufacturer faults only. This does not include loss or damage during installation at home.

Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of purchase for exchanges
